Please pick your prints carefully as we don’t offer refunds for change of mind.

Cancellations/Amendments

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Refunds and changes cannot be made if your order has already been processed by our supplier.

Damaged items

Accidents happen! If you receive your items and they have been damaged in transit, please contact us for replacement or refund. Remember to keep your packaging and send us photos, this will help with any claims we need to make with our supplier.

Shipping

We may require you to return your items for assessment. If this is required, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. When returning items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and may not be able to offer a refund if your item doesn’t arrive.
